The times between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. are unattended.
We will be happy to receive your registration for spa appointments personally at the spa reception. We recommend that you book your preferred date in advance by telephone, especially on weekends. Please let us know your wishes, needs and any health problems you may have - we will advise and support you in making the best choice for your treatments.
Please arrive at our spa reception 10 to 15 minutes before your agreed appointment. This way we can get you in the mood for your spa experience.
Your treatment time has been specially reserved for you. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations at short notice will be charged at 100%.
You are welcome to come directly from your hotel room to us in your bathrobe. For external guests we have a changing room with bathrobe and slippers for rent. The traditional Thai massage is performed in light clothing, which you will receive at our spa reception. For all other body treatments we ask you to undress. To make you feel comfortable and to protect your privacy, you will receive a disposable briefs.
The fitness area may only be entered with appropriate sports clothing and shoes. Slippers or bare feet are not allowed for safety reasons.
The Cocon Thai Spa is a place of peace and relaxation. Please support the atmosphere of silence by not using your mobile phone. The entire spa and wellness area is smoke-free. Animals are not admitted.
The Cocon Thai Spa is available for children from 3 to 14 years accompanied by an adult between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., as long as they respect the resting needs of the other guests. The sauna area is open to young people aged 14 and over. We ask parents and children to respect this. Please note that the staff do not assume any duty of supervision and that there is no bathing supervision in the spa area or on the lake. Parents are liable for their children.
After your treatments, our rest area with a view of the tree garden is at your disposal. Help yourself to the spa buffet and let your soul dangle.
Leave your valuables in your room safe or at home. We assume no liability for valuables lost during a stay in the spa area.
Our sauna area is open daily from 10 am. For the use of our saunas we offer sarongs (Thai wraparounds).
Our applications and programs are attractively packaged as vouchers. Beautiful gift ideas and souvenirs are available for you in our Cocon Thai Spa Shop.
